Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan I currently live in Middleton, Wisconsin. My interest in photography began in residency when I was looking for a creative outlet in my busy life. I began my career in medicine in 2002, just as my son was born. Being a physician has taught me so much about how precious life is and how important it is to preserve memories as we transition through the various stages. I have always prioritized preserving memories and have cherished each and every photo of my children. A photo session shouldn't be stressful! I will help you with coordinating outfits and find a beautiful location for your session. My style is a mix of casual, unposed photos mixed with a few "smile at the camera" ones as well. I am flexible, and ultimately want your vision to come through. I will help answer any questions you may have and make you feel as comfortable as possible with the entire process.
